Office of Advancement
The Office of Advancement exists to sustain the mission of Mount Alvernia Academy through fundraising and volunteerism. The Office of Advancement sponsors four major fundraiser's during the school year. These enable us to keep our tuition affordable, enhance our academic programs, acquire new technology, update our grounds and facilities, and continue to offer a quality education to all our students. The Annual Fund also plays a major role in enabling the school to maintain its excellent reputation. This appeal kicks off in the Fall and concludes with the close of the school's fiscal year on June 30th.

INNISBROOK GIFT WRAP - September 21 - October 5
Purchase beautiful gift wrap, gift items and magazines from Innisbrook Wraps. Fifty percent (50%) of the proceeds go to the school and 100% participation is our goal!
CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL & DINNER - December 3
A wonderful Christmas celebration for the whole family! Booths and tables include crafts, baked goods, wreaths, prize wheel, raffles, face painting, games, toys, punch board and more. A fun filled day followed by a family dinner, caroling and a spectaculary tree lighting on our campus.
MARCH MADNESS - March 1 - 31, 2011
March Madness calendars may be purchased for $20 each with daily drawings for cash prizes from $100 to $1500. In addition, there are incentive drawings for tuition credit for any family that sells ten calendars. During the month, please visit the School Calendar for daily winners!
ANNUAL SPRING GALA - April 9, 2011
An elegant evening including hors d'oeuvres, dinner and cocktails. The gala features a Silent and Live Auction including classroom treasures created byt the students in Rainbow Nursery through Grade 6. A wonderful, fun social event for our parents, alumni and friends to benefit the ongoing mission of Mount Alvernia Academy.
