Registration -- Age Requirements and Testing

Age requirements are as follows:

  • Nursery School -- must be three years old by September 1st
  • Kindergarten -- must be five years old by September 1st

Students in grades one through six are accepted only if there is an opening in that grade.

Testing is required for all children entering kindergarten through grade six. A birth certificate is required for all students. A baptismal certificate is required for all students of the Catholic faith. According to state law, health records with immunization dates must be provided before a child may begin school.

The fee for testing is $50 per child. A non-refundable registration fee of $100 is required once testing is completed and the child is accepted into the school. Preference for kindergarten placement will be given to students who have siblings in our school or who have attended our nursery school program.
