Mount Alvernia Academy is located between Manet Road and Mount Alvernia Road in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. The school is located on a hill that overlooks the Boston College campus.

The campus has three main buildings:

  • The main building, where the administrative offices, library, music 
    and art rooms, and K - 4 classrooms are located;

  • The middle school building, where the sisters' chapel, sisters' 
    residence, and 5 - 6 middle school classrooms are located; and

  • The Hayes complex, which houses the gymnasium and athletic 
    offices on the upper level, and the Rainbow Nursery School 
    on the lower level.
